Job Description

Job Description/Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere across both the cafe and grocery sections.

 - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages.

 - Assist customers with grocery selections and sales, proactively engaging to understand their needs and recommend products.

- Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge for all cafe and grocery items to effectively assist customers and drive sales.

- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all service areas, including cafe counters, grocery displays, and seating areas.

- Keep displays clean, organized, and fully stocked in both the cafe and grocery sections.

- Manage basic inventory tasks, such as noting low-stock items and assisting with restocking for both cafe and grocery products.

- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and service quality.

- Wash all wares, including plates and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food service
