Job Description

• Maintain good relationship with the guests ensuring they are well entertained.
• Perform assigned duties such as greeting the guest, preparing drinks in the bar, serving the guests.
• Manage assigned dining room section, guide, correct and help other Team Members working on your section for smooth F&B service.
• Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Clear & Reset Up tables during service.  Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
• Set up station and table to ensure they are complete and perform various relevant duties to the function as assigned by the Restaurant or Bar Manager.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
• Is entirely flexible and adaptable to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food & Beverage Department or any other Department of the resort as assigned.
• Is fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the resort.
• Perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.
• Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests as per the standards..
• Ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
• Has a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
