Job Description

Ensure smooth and efficient running of the restaurants & bars and to promote a positive image to both customers and colleagues maintaining high standards of food and beverage, service, health and safety. Takes orders for, serves where applicable, and prepares food and beverages to guests as per the hotels standards in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
