Job Description

Providing food-related services as required by the Restaurant Supervisor and maintaining the highest level of sanitation throughout the Restaurant area according to sanitation regulations and company standards, by familiarizing with the correct procedures in the operation of and the cleaning and sanitizing of all Restaurant equipment i.e., ice machines, refrigerators, glass washing machines, working surfaces and utensils.
