Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Waiter/Waitress & Baristas to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customers have a pleasant dining experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Present menus and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-prepared for guests.
- Address any customer inquiries, requests, or complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Process bills and handle cash or card payments.
- Assist with the setup of tables, utensils, and decorations for events or special occasions.
- Stay updated on the restaurant’s menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and management to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.

*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress & barista in customer service roles.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage serving procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables at once.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates.
- Team player with a positive and proactive mindset.
