JOB OPPORTUNITY

WATER SPORTS MANAGER

SILVER SANDS IS THE LEADING DIVE AND WATER SPORTS OPERATOR IN UPMARKET RESORTS IN THE MALDIVES CURRENTLY MANAGING 12 CENTERS. WE ARE ALSO MANAGING EVO HOME, EVO FLOORING, EVO SOLUTIONS AND SEA GEAR SHOWROOMS AND AN INBOUND TRAVEL BUSINESS.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC AND SELF-DISCIPLINED TEAM MEMBER TO JOIN OUR DIVE AND WATER SPORTS CENTRE.

THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE FROM OCTOBER 2024.

Requirement / Qualifications:

• Should have a positive attitude.
• Good sale skills.
• Communicate fluently in both verbal & written English.
• Strong leadership & excellent management skills.
• 3 VDWS or equivalent qualifications (Kite, Wind, Catamaran, Sailing and Management).
• Must have inboard and outboard license.
• Must have coastal navigation level 2 certificate.
• Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in related field and minimum 2 years’ experience in similar post.

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Salary: Between USD 650.00 to USD 700.00
• Fixed Allowance: Between USD 50.00 – 90.00
• Additional benefits include Overtime, Service Charge and Mobile Phone Allowance.
