Silver Sands is the leading company that provides dive, water sports and excursions in the Maldives, offering its services to 14 luxury resorts in the Maldives. 

WATER SPORTS SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and self-disciplined team member to join our dive and water sports centers.

REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATION

Should maintain a positive attitude
Must be fluent in English communication
A minimum of 1 VDWS or equivalent qualifications ( Kite, Catamaran or Management) or similar for another organization
Confident with all major WS activities
Must have professional liability insurance
Valid inboard and outboard license required
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in water sports and resorts
Previous experience in similar position

WHAT WE OFFER

Basic Salary
Fixed Allowance
