Job Description

Ocean Dimensions at Dhigufaru Island Resorst in Baa Atoll is looking for a Watersports Assistant / Snorkel Guide starting in October 2024. PADI Divemaster certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in facilitating watersports activities and leading snorkel tours
• Provide safety briefings and equipment instructions to guests.
• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants during all activities.
• Maintain and clean equipment, including snorkeling gear and boats.
• Share knowledge of marine life and local ecosystems with guests.
• Assist with guest check-in and reservations.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in watersports or as a snorkel guide preferred.
• Strong swimming skills and comfort in the water.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for marine life and environmental conservation.
