Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication works according to specifications and drawings.
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Repair and fabricate metal structures and components.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report defects, material shortages, and safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Welder.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: MVR 7,500 (Negotiable based on qualification and experience)
