Job Description

Location: Day Food Bazaar
Type: Full-time 

 

Description

- Assist walk-in customers, providing product information 

- Process sales orders, prepare and send qoutations based on customer requests

- Handle cash and transfer payments accurately and efficiently

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or Viber, providing product information and assistance 

- Proactively offer products, provide recommendations and introduce new items to customers, ensuring they are well informed about the product range

- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

 

Working Hours:

8:00am - 6:30pm

12:00pm - 1:15pm Break

 

Requirements

Previous experience in working in a Bazaar shop or a similar sales role is an advantage

Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and self-motivated

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Fluent in written & oral English/Dhivehi

Strong computer skills
