We're Hiring: Yoga and Wellness Therapist
Salary: Negotiable

 

Job Purpose

Deliver professional yoga sessions and spa treatments, ensuring guest satisfaction, wellness standards, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct group and private yoga classes (e.g., Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Breathwork).
• Customize yoga sessions based on guest needs and fitness levels.
• Perform massages, facials, body therapies, and wellness treatments per SOPs.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness programs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in yoga and spa areas.
• Keep accurate records of treatments, client preferences, and health conditions.
• Assist in promoting spa and wellness services, packages, and retail products.
• Uphold professional standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification in Yoga Instruction.
• Diploma/certification in Massage or Spa Therapy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in yoga teaching and spa/wellness services.
• Knowledge of massage techniques, skincare, and body treatments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused attitude.
