We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and highly competent individual to join our Finance team in FALIM Group

Position: Accountant

Nationality: Maldivian

Education:

• - Diploma in Accounting or related field (Equivalent Qualification)
• - Good command of English language (both written and spoken).

Other desirables

• - Competent in use of MS. Office package, especially MS. Excel.
• - Experience in use of QuickBooks
• - Good organizational, planning and time management skill
• - Able to maintain clear and accurate financial records

Experience

• - Prior experience in use of QuickBooks
• - Minimum 3 years work experience in a financial background

Part of the job responsibilities include

• - Bookkeeping and data verification
• - Payroll computation and processing
• - Tax computation and processing
• - Revenue verification & payment processing
• - Fixed Assets maintenance & recording
• - Review & correct inconsistencies in financial entries
• - Request E-Banking transactions
• - Reconciling of collections, General Ledger and bank accounts on daily basis
• - Assist in Budgeting, Cashflow, Financial & Management Reporting
• - Annual Audit support

Salary Range: MVR 10,000 to 12,000
