Job Description

JOB ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Junior Executive for our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, coordinating training programs and preparing monthly HR reports.

 

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

 

• Secondary School Education, Passed Ordinary Level including mathematics & English.
• Minimum one year experience in Human Resource Management
• Interpersonal skills, computer literacy, good verbal & written communication skills in English & Dhivehi.
• Equivalent combined experience/education on Shipping and Logistic industry would be an added advantage.
