Job Description

 

The advertised position is based at Resort.

 

• 03 years’ experience working in a similar position in the tourism industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
• Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational. planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
• Must have strong understanding of the Employment law of Maldives.
• Proven ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
• Must be professional and highly motivated.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Positive “Can do” attitude.
