Are you an experienced Project Manager/Civil Engineer eager to tackle exciting challenges in real estate and resort development? What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from start to finish.
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Supervise on-site activities, manage teams, and drive timely project completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve design issues, and obtain necessary permits.
• Implement risk and quality management strategies.
• Oversee logistics and ensure seamless project management operations on a day-to-day basis.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (Master’s degree or PE license preferred).
• Experience: At least 7 years in civil engineering and project management, with a proven track record on large-scale projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Certifications: PMP or similar is a plus is added advantage
• Attributes: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
