Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or a similar role in the construction industry (Preferred in Maldives).

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).

• Technical Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Familiarity with health and safety standards on construction sites.

• Management Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors, workers, and materials effectively.

  • Experience in maintaining daily work logs and progress reports.

• Communication:

  • Good communication skills in English (Dhivehi/Hindhi is a plus).

  • Ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers.

• Other:

  • Must be willing to stay on-site when required.

  • Punctual, organized, and proactive.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
